All our UPVC products come with a 10 year insurance backed guarantee
Many companies will offer you their own guarantee - this is okay until they go out of business and you have a problem!
Our windows are covered by an INSURANCE BACKED guarantee - this means that in the unlikely event we go out of business your guarantee still stands as it has been provided by a third party insurer
We take a great deal of pride in our workmanship and the quality of our products so hopefully you will not need to make use of the guarantee scheme, but it is good to have the reassurance that your UPVC products are covered for 10 years.
We have a very low 'call back' rate and always aim to resolve any issues immediately, one thing you will not find with KB Installations is lack of support in the unlikely event you have a problem - we are only as good as our last customer and will always strive to make our last job the best job yet.
